Old Town Park

Just renewed my lease for the third year! Since the building is so new, I am only the second person to live in my unit. It’s tiny but makes up for it with all the updated features and outstanding amenities. My friends who visit all think j live in a hotel with how nice the building is. The concierge staff make me feel so welcome and taken care of, shout out to Karlon for always being on top of the front desk!

We LOVE living in Tower 3. It truly shocks me that there are bad reviews because our experience has been amazing. The office staff is always quick to respond via email if you ever need anything and very polite/helpful. The front desk staff are lovely people. The maintenance crew always responds very quickly and are super personable and nice. We are obsessed with our unit (2 bed/2 bath corner unit) and are only the second people to live here. They are the most dog friendly building I've ever been in and the dog park is the best in the city, hands down. We are resigning for another 18 months :)

I live at Tower Two. I’ve been here for almost 2 years now and I have had no complaints. The staff is great. The Concierge team are extremely kind, friendly and genuine. Also, Madison is amazing! Please speak to her if you consider coming to Tower 2. She always treats people with respect and her good hearted nature is contagious. Every conversation I have with Madison is always memorable because you can feel her sincerity. This apartment has a friendly environment and the amenities are great! The outdoor pool is incredible. Last summer I was out there consistently with my family and friends and always had a blast. Old Town Park Tower 2 has been phenomenal. I see the complaints and concerns during the pandemic. Everyone was struggling during that time, not just Old Town Park! It was a global pandemic and precautions needed to be taken. It was not a good time for many businesses, apartments and hard working people across America. I can truthfully say that in 2023 Old Town Park is a great place to live.

We had a great move-in experience at OTP3! Anthony was incredibly responsive and helpful during our research phase. We were able to virtually tour the unit in question within less than 24 hours from when we reached out, which helped us make a quick decision, and he continued to support us throughout the application and lease process. Move-in was also incredibly smooth as Tiffany provided us with all the relevant information in advance. She was very attentive to all the little details and also extremely quick to respond whenever we had any questions. So far, we've really enjoyed living here. The Concierge team is very courteous, friendly, and always available to help. Plus, the amenities are fantastic - it's great to have Pelotons in the gym as well as access to a sauna and steam room. The area is a bit quieter than some of the busier streets in River North, but there's still great access to CTA and all the Old Town restaurants/businesses are very close by.
